I couldn't resist to share this 'mascot' I created (cartoon) for the earnest fearologists in the crowd, encouraging them on to be their best. "Frogs" as metaphors for that which is in developmental transition from a water to land creature, flexible in both; and in some fairy tales, in transition and 'awaiting' to transform to 'royal personhood.'
