Ecophobia book

Here is a fascinating sub-field of literary criticism (study), whereby the relationship of fear with nature, with language and narrative (story) is taken up as a serious area we want to be informed about to some extent in this world. It is not insignificant that "fearmongering" can be found in every type of discourse, including ecological literature but at the same time that very literature is often supposedly trying to make us less fearful of nature.
