It's hard to believe there are still big teachers out in the spiritual circles of the new age that are stating that the goal of life is to "end fear" (or at least, that is how the video is labelled in bold letters)--it is such fantasy and ignore-ance if not arrogance that promotes this slogan, which Tolle is just repeating from many others who have used this sales pitch for decades now in North America.
