Here is a great DVD, looking at the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers movement... to transmute the world; I particularly added to the DVD cover in colored font, the quote from one of these elder wise women/healers... moving the future forward on the base of "women" as leaders... which is something I too have envisioned and have argued for over the decades...
