Fearlessness Movement: Fisherian Perspective

Just clarified in my journaling this morning, and after finishing Tech. Paper #98 on the history of the "culture of fear" concept and phenomenon--that, I can pretty much lay out all my oeuvre of the past 3 decades in three constructs (which then would be fleshed out as the basic teaching and understanding I have gained)...
