Study of Top Fears in America

Take the average American and survey "what are your top fears"? (not my kind of research)... here is what we get. This certainly shows the crime-victimization (phobia) going on as right on top of people's worry list and all of it has pretty much to do with what "humans do to humans" that is most terrifying, not what Nature does... that should tell us a clue to where we have come as a 'cvilization' ... hmmm

    Mariana, could you tell more what you mean by this comment, a critique(?) and give examples of "within" fears that you are referring to and that you presume the survey is not picking up on in what American youth are experiencing?
