As a fearist would (likely) pronounce (e.g., Sam Gillian): "fear is morality's only foundation" (quoted in Fisher, 2024, p. 268). Indeed, I agree. A good discussion on that notion ought to raise our hairs on the back of the neck. Athough, for the lovists, they won't give it a second gaze before they look up and stream tears of joy at their (one/only) God of Love. Btw. I'm very excited I just purchased a copy of John Coleman's pedagogical treatise on deconstructing the alternative (especially, Christian) education going on in America over the last 15 years.
