Robert Indiana, a pop artist of the late 60s, right up to late 90's apparently kept repeating this design he made "Love" and put it in many different media. Built a career, it seems, around this.
Besides, all that, I find the symbolization of what is depicted far more intriguing and is a referencing in the postmodern world (especially in the West) of what is happening to "Love" -- of which, I would speculate (ha ha) is due to the rising levels of "Fear"-- it is the Fear Forces in this image that are invisible and iconic (not Love, which is visible and obvious)--that's exactly the problem of studying and recognizing Fear Forces that are destroying everything we hold as high quality these days...
