[of course, he is talking about fear and denial that is a defense to reality--what we don't want to face--and, that is going to kill us all, more or less--until we face fear and act accordingly for the best interests of Life itself]
Notice on the left graph, the notch (drop) in Temperature (average on earth) --due to levels of output on the planet earth of "emissions" (i.e., total pollution sent out into the atmosphere of which 80% is burning of fossil fuels)... temperatures are going off the charts!
The notch is the significant decrease in those couple years when COVID-19 "shut down" actually produced a net environmental gain in health--i.e., less pollution. So, why don't we all try to get back to using less and going less places and burning less fuels and creating less heat going into Green House Gases impacts (i.e., global warming)? We just want to get back to normal. And, well you can see the graph after the notch is what happens with pollution outputs--so, normal is basically deadly, his Al AGore's contention (and many others)--and, I agree.
