My 33 yr. old daughter sent me this email tonight. I "feel" a lot of what she is feeling... I think the whole world soul is feeling ... a lot ... fear and fearlessness are going to play more and more a role in our destinies... globally and otherwise... I made my own response to my daughter, and, I think her letter is generic and made for many ears ... perhaps you will want to comment on it yourself here... go for it.
Here is her sincere letter to me:
"Hey pops,
Was just watching some of the footage of hurricane Irma passing through the Atlantic and thinking a lot about all these natural disasters that are happening. A friend of mine feels we are in the death throws as a species. I get the draw to that feeling with all that is happening with global warming and Trump and North Korea etc.
Curious how you are feeling about it all. And how you approach it from the stance of fear and fearlessness. Wondering how to objectively make sense of all that's happening without just falling into fear-mongering. With media the way it is, I find it hard to know objectively how bad things really are, or if we have gone over a tipping point of no return...". -V.
