This image is a collage of views of participants in a mega-pilot project on futures learning and leadership led by Dr. Otto Sharmer et al. See my response comment to Durwin's recent post. These collected "barriers" interestingly, from 128,000 participants in the MOOC 4.0 technology used, end up with "fear" as the largest determining factor. Of course, the more difficult question is: "What do we mean by our use of the term fear?"
