The top quote I found on a big sign hanging over the cash register in my local pharmacy the other day as I awaited my heart med prescription being filled. I was astounded at the blatant fear-appeal advertising. Earlier at my regular doctor's appointment, I was asked two times, one by the front desk assistant and once by the doctor "Would you like to book for a flu vaccine?" I said "No" both times.
I found this book title (written by G. Buchwald, 2003) on amazon.com books which says it right on! Thank you for saying it.
