It is a talk (at Hong Kong University) in Nepalese with a ppt in English, and Dr. Bhandari is speaking about philosophy of fearism from a "systems thinking" lens and suggests this is the way to go... there are some interesting slides he shows, especially the four-quadrant model re: examining fear.

I recommend. Bhandari is a prof. in business at University of Windsor, ON, Canada, and Subba is in Hong Kong (founder of philosophy of fearism).
